Growth Gatherings

And he said to all, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.'”

                                                                                                                                                                                 — Luke 9:23-24 ESV

During Growth Gatherings, we come together desiring to be nourished by the Holy Spirit through engagement with God’s word, as we intentionally pursue Jesus as a covenant community. These evenings include large group teaching, small group processing, as well as simple, meaningful fellowship with other believers.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Fellowship & Family

From 5-5:45pm we have an open time slot, where individuals and families can bring their own dinner, pull up a seat, and catch up on life. This time is of course not mandatory, and you can feel free to just jump in starting at 6pm if that’s your preference.

Scripture-Informed Teaching

Each Growth Gathering begins with a large group gathering, where we teach through a series on one of our Discipleship Characteristics. All of this is done in a manner that is grounded in the word of God and experienced within the context of community.

Accountability & Connection

After our large group session, we break out into gender groups where men and women can do deeper in discussion about both the content of the evening and about life in general.

Next Gen

During Growth Gatherings we offer childcare, from 6-7:05pm, where the kids can enjoy fellowship with one another in a safe and hospitable environment.
